How does Onzo maintain its bicycles?

Our bikes are maintained by our field operation team, which work during the night and day to:

• Ensure all Onzo bicycles are parked appropriately and in safe areas.
• Relocate bicycles that are inappropriately parked.
• Redistribute bicycles to areas that better address user needs.
• Take in damaged bikes for maintenance.
• Replenish helmets on bicycles which don't have them.
